Lucille Salhany is currently President/CEO of her own consulting company: JHMedia. She was a full-
time consultant for Paula Deen Enterprises, Macy’s, NASA and Chris Craft Industries. She was also
one of the founding partners of Echo Bridge Entertainment and CEO & President of LifeFX Networks,
Inc.

As the CEO and President of UPN (United Paramount Network), she launched the fifth national
broadcast network in as little as four months.

Lucille was the first woman in history to oversee a television network and has held the positions of
President of Paramount Domestic Television, Chairman of Fox Broadcasting, Chairman of Twentieth
Television, in which she was instrumental in its acquisition of the NFL’s broadcast rights.

Lucille served on the board of directors for Compaq/ Hewlett-Packard Company for 16 years; Fox,
Inc.; Avid Technologies and American Media, Inc., and is currently on the board of Echo Bridge
Entertainment. She was also a trustee of Emerson College and Lasell College.

Ms. Salhany resides in Massachusetts with her husband and their two boys.
